You can enjoy whole grains in the right amounts, but you may want to stay away from carbs for a week if you are looking to lose the weight in a hurry. Then reintroduce the right carbs such as whole grains as you get used to your new eating habits.
Focus primarily on fruits and vegetables and very clean eating: Be sure that you are making fruits and vegetables the focus of your diet. They are low in calories, virtually fat free, and the right type of carbohydrates and natural sugars. If you can make these the main feature of your meals and eat them throughout the day, then you can lose weight in a week in a healthy way. You should still enjoy plenty of them moving forward, and that will help you to also stay healthy as you work towards long-term weight loss.
