Eating raw is not only a quick and fantastic way to lose weight but it is a healthy way to eat for your entire life and the entire family. It is a great way to integrate more fruit and vegetables as being the bulk of your meals. Why can eating raw help you lose weight? Well one reason is that you will be able to avoid the extra calories that you get from cooking oils and condiments.
These are the biggest culprits when it comes to hidden calories especially when you eat out. Cooking oils and condiments can add an extra meal’s worth of calories to your day without you even knowing it.
How to move up to eating raw:
When you eat raw you have changed your eating habits drastically. If you do this, you will have to maybe warm up to it and take the process a bit slow. But we can guarantee a lot of great health and feeling like you never have before.
Eat something raw at each meal:
Slowly integrate something raw either fruit or vegetable into every meal. Do it gradually so that you are used to what you like and what you don’t. The biggest mistake people make is to go head over heels and get a load of raw food without benefit of tasting it first to even be sure they like it. It’s best to bring it in slowly.
Eat fiber first:
The best way to eat raw sometimes is to clear the path and send something out there to clean your system out in order to make way for the rest of the raw diet. You can do this at the beginning of your eating raw training. If you are eating real food still then you want to keep that the last meal of the day. Eat apples and vegetables all day prior to the meal and you will also bust that belly fat away!
Choose the right foods for eating raw:
You need to make sure you are getting enough protein. There are two superfoods that will do that for you so if you don’t want to eat soy, you don’t have to. Chia seeds are one and hemp is the other. Chia seeds are more complete than flax seeds which are just roughage. Chia has more fatty acids that you need and you can eat or drink them in anything. Hemp oil or seeds are complete with both omega 3 and 6 as well as the amino acids you find in a steak. This is one of the only known plants that have amino acids. And since your body doesn’t produce them, they will be instrumental in replacing it.
